Merry Christmas!

Hope everyone out there is enjoying their holiday celebrations today. Whether you're lighting another candle on the Menorah, celebrating the birth of one special baby boy and the deliveries of Santa Claus, or just hanging out with friends and family and enjoying a day off work.
Remember that small children tend to get overwhelmed when confronted with so much overstimulation. They may not have the capacity to say thank you to grandma and grandpa for that super special over the top gift, they may throw a tantrum instead to let off pressure. Be sure to give them some time to quiet their minds and bodies and to regroup, and you can always apologize to the offended adult.
No matter what your religion is or isn't, take the time to quiet your own mind, too. Enjoy the day, and love your children.
